Shopping and leisure facilities
SODEARIF has experience in the domain of shopping and leisure facilities in town centres or on dedicated sites.
The vitality of a neighbourhood or a shopping centre affects the the quality of life of shoppers, shop keepers and in the long term adds value to the business properties. That is why SODEARIF carries out extensive studies on the advantages and disadvantages of the site in question before programming shops and before any decisions on possible commercial specialisations. The quality of this study not only optimises the value of projected constructions but also allows us to efficiently prepare CDEC applications (commission which decides whether and where supermarkets can be built/opened).
Leisure facilities are often carried out via a Property Development Contract as they concern very specific premises and because the owner is generally the user as in the Multiplex cinema in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine. SODEARIF can, where necessary, integrate into the contractor`s team, the architect or other professionals identified by the Contractor. It steers the design, by checking throughout the elaboration process, the technical and regulatory feasibility and respect of the financial objectives thanks to the upstream participation of the general contractor
For the renovation of the Salle Pleyel, SODEARIF was mindful of responding to the very particular needs of the symphonic hall and to the constraints of carrying out the works throughout the design and execution of the project.
As in any operation carried out by SODEARIF, the Project Manager remains the single point of contact for the user/owner until complete delivery of the programme of works. This privileged relationship allows SODEARIF to guarantee financial and quality commitments as well as respect the delivery deadlines of the program of works.
