In 2007, SODEARIF developed around 10 operations resulting in 700 homes of which 240 were assisted housing and 460 within the assisted home purchase scheme.

For over 20 years, SODEARIF, has gained experience and competency in its capacity to integrate multi-product projects and develop housing operations which will be transferred for homeownership, either in the form of a Transfer of the Right to Build to partner developers (Cogedim, Icade, Interconstruction, Nexity, Sogeprom etc.), or in the form of Etat Futur d’Achèvement (sale of property for future completion) to investors (UFG, Prédica etc.).

The assisted housing project was completed and transferred via a Etat Futur d’Achèvement (sale of property for future completion) to housing association partners such as Immobilière 3F, Logirep, Sagi, 3 Moulins Habitat, Osica etc. who appreciated the support of SODEARIF in the design and execution of housing operations into which SODEARIF integrated a strong environmental component in line with its strategic areas.
