Benefiting from its experience in complex operations, SODEARIF develops products for public amenities either in the framework of multi-product operations or in the framework of a PPP.

SODEARIF works in all areas:

• Hospital centres :
  
  • sterilisation centre in the framework of BEH (long term hospital lease) with the Amiens University Hospital Centre,
  • centre de psychiatrie des Oliviers for the Inter-community Hospital Centre of Portes de l’Oise (Beaumont-sur-Oise - 95) in the framework of BEH (long term hospital lease).
    
• School and nursery buildings :
  
  • crèche avenue des Poissonniers in a neighbourhood regeneration project,
  • primary schools in the framework of BEA in Asnières-sur-Seine and Garenne-Colombes,
  • l'Ecole Supérieure de Chimie Organique et Minérale (ESCOM) of Cergy in Compiègne : this 16-month project consists of delivering a school (turnkey solution) with chemistry laboratories, offices and students areas.

  • music conservatory and multi-media centre in Montereau-Fault-Yonne in the framework of BEA,
