Since 2007, SODEARIF has gained competence in elaborating urban projects.
It aims, with Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France, to become a complete actor in developing towns and adding value to large tracts of land.
Today, SODEARIF can intervene at all stages :
- advising large land owners on how to add value to their assets,
- help communities draw up urban projects,
- implement urban projects and add value to the land,
- develop all types of property projects – public or private,
- construct buildings..
It also offers its clients a completion of operations guarantee that respects deadlines and prices at different stages of the project.
The operations delivered
- 75 Paris, Porte des poissonniers : 35 000 m² SHON multi-products - delivery april 2008
- 92 Clamart Plaine, 22 500 m² multi-products - delivery may 2009
- 93 Saint Ouen, Dora Maar : 28 000 m² of SHON multi-products - delivery end of 2007 and 2008
- 78 Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, ZAC (mixed development zone) Alcatel : 300 homes - delivery july 2009
The first ongoing operations are
- 93 Rosny, Eco-quarter of the Mare Huguet: more than 400 units, 8 000 m² offices and activities, 1 nursery school and 1 hectare of public spaces
- 77 Claye-Souilly, Eco-quarter Bois des Granges: 800 housing (550 collective dwellings, 100 houses in town and 150 individual houses), sports equipment and a school program
